Hi Guy's...I am back from my holiday's in London...It was nice to go back to my hometown, but boy has it changed.... we went over for a wedding of two of our closest friends, John & Sonia, we were the ones that introduced them. Pat was best man and I was a witness, we had a great day and met up with many old friends.
It is nice to be home though, back to the peace and quiet of the hills.... The kids are on their summer holiday's now so we are just chilling for the summer, and getting plenty of crafting in (I hope).

Hi Guy's..I have just been told I am going to feature in issue 64, of Quick Cards, out 21st July..
They were looking for crafters outside the U.K..and I fitted the bill (alongside a few others)
Oh..to see my name in print..haha.

I will get some signed photographs made up, so if any wishes to have my autograph, send an S.A.E...along with €30..(only joking)....

Had a bit of a shock this morning...my friends husband commited suicide last night....she is devastated, they have 5 children, the youngest is 14.....you wonder what drives people to do this, he did have a few problems...but it is so unfair..

I made the sympathy card for the family this afternoon....

On a lighter note, I planted all my pots for the patio today...and the sun is shining, long may it last..we might even get a summer this year...

Also got to finish 2 of the wedding card orders...the theme colour for the wedding is lilac so I tried to keep to that...hope you like them.

Here is a card I made today..the "Jemima puddleduck" topper was free with one of the crafting magazines..I mounted it on A die cut mirror card which was layered on to a square of gingham paper. The edges of the card was inked with red and a red line drawn around the inner edge....all topped off with a pink ribbon.
I don't know who to send it to yet....but there are a couple of forum birthdays coming up...

Boot sale

Hi Guys..how is everyone today?

I done a boot sale with my daughter Nicole...should have stayed in bed...The sun was shining this morning when we left ... by the time we had set up it decided to rain the whole time we were there. After al our costs we made €15 profit..and I only sold 3 cards...

But we will be there again next week..haha. Gotta earn a living somehow....

Going to relax for the evening now, so chat later..

Hi there guy's...thought I would tell you a bit about myself...
I am married to Pat for the past 30 years..we have 5 children.. I was born and bred in London, but we moved to Co.Tipperary in Ireland 14 years ago, for the quiet life...

My interests are card-making, watercolour painting and a bit of knitting.. only started making cards early this year and am totally addicted.

Last year I returned to college to study for a degree in Business, first year down..2 to go.. I am loving the challenge at the moment..haha.
